Yeah, you kinda have to model things with printing in mind. In theory anything is printable, it's just a matter of how much time you want to invest to actually do it and make it work.

Here is my most recent project...
It's a micro SD card holder. Holds 10 cards

With being back in the office. buy the time I get home I just can't be bothered to sit in front the of the PC and do so modelling.
So I have been watch shows that have been coming out on Netflix and Amazon.
I have also been gaming a bit more and finished Watchdogs on the PS3 and Watchdogs 2 on the PS4.

Currently playing Horizon Zero Dawn on the PS4.

still dealing with a fun  - work-related. I like to think I'm in the fall of the funk .. hoping not to be fall-out.

I decided to play with 2d game making for a bit as its easier and uses more of my 2d art skills.
I can't dedicate the concentration needed for 3d rite now. LOL
 
on other news one of the research engineers at work has made it a goal to get me on some science engineering work technically this fiscal year.
kinda cool, working head of security in a research facility kinda makes that easier. LOL helps to be a uber-nerd too.

so 2d wise I made some fun stuff. kinda working towards a bullet hell kinda shotty thing.

alternates for the sprites sources.  i sketch and then photo bomb and paint stuff until I get a look I like then I flick it about for variations. 2d is way easier than 3d

This is all EXTREMELY cool, Scott!  I am awed at your ability to create such things.  I watched your video on playing one of these in your digital playground.  VERY cool!

I hope everything is good with him too.  A month or two ago, he indicated he was getting fed up with online activities (if I remember correctly).  So, I figured something like this was coming.  Chris is so talented and such a good fellow, I hope he comes back.  I miss both him and his art.

hop it's just an online funk / busy life like I hit now and then.

I okay it is just him taking a break form the internet. epically with what's currently go on.
I know most of us, only know each other from this forum and Scifi-Meshes. But I do consider you guys friends.
Is it worth having another way to get in contact with you guys some one does drop out, we can still get in contact and make sure everything is cool.

I hate for something like what happened to Nate to happen again. Nate dropped off everything and it was six months later that we learn he has passed away.
Man, I miss him, always had a good laugh with him. I even got him to eat a proper home cooked English meal when he came to London.
