SO it's happening and it's gonna be on Showtime which means it'll be dark, gritty, adult, drama and character based. In other words - done well. They're saying it'll be lots of politics and delve deep into the backstory of the whole Halo universe.

Along with the continuation of The Expanse I'm excited as hell for this one. The only thing I really want to see done different as far as production design is the UNSC starships. They're horrible - blocky, nonsensical and were designed for the lower poly origins of the Halo game verse. They need a serious re-vamp.

That show was announced what ten years ago with Spielberg attached. After that we heard nothing. I thought the show was long dead.

Good to hear it coming. Never owned an Xbox and only played the first game on PC. But they created an interesting world. However saying that as the hype for recent game die out is it too late to now do this?

Hm, Showtime. If I sign back up with Hulu, I can add Showtime to that...
