Haven't done any 3D in a long time... building this for my wife. Trying to figure out the shapes.
This is a mash up. Belle from Beauty and the Beast and a Mandalorian.
Eventually, this will be built as a costume.
Thoughts, comments, likes, dislikes are welcomed.
It's definitely an interesting mash-up. Though, if Belle had that armor and a couple blasters and had met the Beast in that castle, I think that movie would have had a much quicker and more tragic ending. ;)
Very cool. As your going for a mash-up, you got to give it a skirt otherwise it would be too Fett.

Here is a bit of an update.
Got one of the gauntlets done, added a skirt, cape and added a weapon. It's a modified EE-3 from RotJ.
I realize she's using the force at the moment, but I didn't feel like posing all the fingers. ;D
Looking good. I was expect a little more of a "Princess" Skirt, to mashes the two together.
Loving that gun.

My wife and I have talked a bit about the skirt and discussed a few ideas. We've decided more in favor of comfortableness and practicality.
I haven't added the material in the 3D part yet, but we're thinking of making it out of a light mesh-like material. One thing I came to realize with my Boba Fett costume is that it gets warm while wearing it, very warm. So anything that can be done to help keep cool is a good idea.
We're thinking of adding some writing on the gun that says "The Lumiere"

Update: Detailing on the knees and skirt and added some stickers...
My wife had the idea to add the one on the helmet.
It's not dented, but it does have a little Chip on it.
The stickers are cute! Not something that I'd immediately think of when I think of the Fett. But interesting!

As I recall, there are two main ones on Boba Fett, one on the upper corner of his chest (I think its a family crest) and the other is on one of the shoulders (It's a Mythosaur). I've tried to use the same spots for these stickers.

The helmet one is more for an inside joke. Boba Fett has a large dent in his helmet on that spot. There was some unused footage from the clone wars TV show where he was involved in an old west style duel with another bounty hunter. During the fight, he got shot in the head thus giving the helmet that classic dent that they named the costuming website after.
looks like it could end up is Disney mashup now
Bit of real world progress, the helmet is well along with some layers of paint.
The chest armor has been detailed, a lot of it still needs to be sanded down. It will be fun to paint I think...
The white stuff is caulking that's been used to hide seams in the foam.

The metadata seems to think it should be turned that way. Metadata can be tricky like that, the image may be rotated one way on one device or program and another way on a different device or program.

Bit of an update...
Started building the gun, it's made with EVA foam, a plastic kitty litter container, a hacked LED flashlight and a significant amount of hot glue.
Still need to add a sight, more wiring and a battery compartment.
Chest armor is now painted, still needs another coat of gold though.
And one gauntlet is mostly done, just need to do few fixes before it's ready for paint.
I like the gauntlet with the clock on it. The gun is also looking slick and that chest armor paint is looking great. :)

Thanks, yeah, she planned that. She's that detailed. :D
She even did little rose earrings and gold eye shadow for when she takes the helmet off.
